General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The clinical condition of your son is not stable at present as he is having vomiting tendency. The Arachidol injection in this condition may provoke further clinical problems by exacerbating gastritis or other issues. I would recommend to take him to an ER, let him prescription of anti emetic, proton pump inhibitor medications to control drug induced side effects and later decide to go for the injection shot. At home, intake of oral re-hydration salt is highly recommended to prevent dehydration from vomiting sensation and calm the gut.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
