What Is The Correct Dosage Of Puffs For Bilateral Streaky Changes For Infant?

My 2 year old son has increased WOB for 2 days. Took him to the hospital and the CXR showed bilateral streaky changes. They have sent him home on 10 puffs 4 hourly salbutamol inhalers and 20mg of prednisone. 10 puffs seems like a lot to me... Is this normal?

Thanks for your question. Your child has probably wheezing tendancies.but i do feel 10 puffs 4 hourly is larger dose especially if puff dosage is 100 or 200 microgram.
Kindly take a second opinion as high dose salbutmol can produce side effects.
