What Is The Cure For Bruised Cheekbone And Right Hand?
I fell on really hard flat flooring at the gym and landed on my cheekbone and its bruised sore and it hurts to talk and eat sometimes as well as giving my really bad headaches. I also landed on my right hand which is now really sore hard to move. Ive taken lots of pain killers it still wont go.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to musculo-skeletal injury. X ray of the hand & wrist joint can be done to rule out any pathological cause for the symptoms.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained by application of ice, analgesic & muscle relaxant gel, intake of analgesics like Diclofenac (to be taken after food) + Pantoprazole (to be taken 30 minutes before meals). Supplements of Calcium & Vitamin D can be included in his diet which will help in strengthening of bones. Physiotherapy exercise will also be helpful.
If symptoms still persist, it will be better to consult an Orthopedician for proper clinical examination. Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, take proper rest and avoid stress.
Wishing a Good Health. Take care.
