Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and lab values, TSH seems to be low which indicates hyperthyroidism. This needs to be evaluated by an endocrinologist.
Hemoglobin is normal.
Mental stressors can definitely contribute to hair fall.
A history of PCOS can also lead to hair fall even though the cysts may no longer be visible.
After an endocrine evaluation for thyroid status, you could take oral hair supplements containing biotin, cysteine and methionine. You can apply a solution containing 2% minoxidil twice a day for 4-6 months to stimulate hair regrowth.
A good diet rich in protein will also help.
Yoga and meditation can help you control mental stress.
Hair loss will take 3-4 months to revert to normal.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
