What Is The Cure For Hyperpigmentation Due To Skin Grafting For Vitiligo?
Hello Sir,
I have gone under split thickness skin grafting for vitiligo 1.5 years ago. It has left hyperpigmentation and very unpleasant cosmetic appearance. I have been applying cetraben on weekdays and diprovate RD on weekends. Pigmentation has decreased a lot but still not satisfactorily. Now I have been advised to use Melrio once a week. Chemical peeling is a strict no. What should I do? I am getting married after 3 months.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your problem as matter of fact whatever you are going to try for this this will give partial elusive effect and not the actual one so in my opinion just leave it like that only, but of course the cosmetic preparation (Make up ) would surely eliminate this, but for that time only (Occasionally) hope this information helps you have good time.
