What Is The Cure For Irritating Extra Skin Around Penis After Circumcision In A Child?

hi, my son was circumcised at birth, but they left some extra skin all around. then we had it re done when he was 2 yrs old, which went fine thankfully. now he is seven yrs old, and is always adjusting the area, or what seems to be itching. i asked him a few times to describe why he does that, and he said, it keeps going up. i don t know what do, especially since his teachers are noticing that more often.

some times there will be erections and the boy feels it is going up.
It passes off during time and reappears after puberty which is natural
The only thing is ask him to wear loose pants so that it will not be observed by others
