What Is The Cure For Pain And Swelling In Neck And Pins And Needles Feeling In Head?

yes i get a pain in my neck witch goes right up to my head i can feel swelling in my neck then it spreads all over my head i get unbearable pain in my head. and i keep getting these pin and needles explotion feeling in my head it makes me feel like im gonna pass out i get this at any given time every day

These symptoms are in favor of a peripheral nerve problem. This could result from compression, infection, lack of certain vitamins especially vit B, complications of some diseases, or drugs. In my opinion, I would suggest you see a neurologist for proper assessment.
