What Is The Cure For Pain In Left Side Of Chest, Nausea, Headache And Blurred Vision?

I have been having pains in my left side of chest. It has moved to the middle now. Been to ER they said it was chest wall spazing but since the visit I have fainted get dizzy nausea and don t feel like eating. Headache blurred vision. Any suggestions

hi this chest pain may be due to GERD.(reflux) or may be of cardiac .kindly make sure ECG is normal.then you has to evaluated for GERD. if this is the cause of your chest pain ,I will treat my patients with anti reflux medications like pantocid and domstal.
