Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the pain and tingling may be due to the cervical spondylosis, where there is pressure on the nerve supplying the right fore arm and hand.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. of cervical spine for confirmation.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
