What Is The Cure For Painful Knees And Dizziness While Taking Prednisone For Ulcerative Colitis?

I have extreme tiredness, dizzie,,Knees and hips weak and painful. Often have bad headaches which are worse after sleeping for a few hours. Have tsaken Prednisone for 13 years for ulcerative colitis which is controlled after having large intestine removed 5 years ago; last few inches connected to small intestine. Works well with colostomy bag.
