What Is The Cure For Recurring Headache In The Mornings?

Sir,

Since last 2 months i am having headache in the early morning say about 4.00 a.m. It is severe pain. Normally, I get up at 6.45 am . After brush and the toilet the headache disappear. There is also a burning sensation in the chest.
For your ready reference, I am having acidity, gastric problem. I am not able to take spicy food and food which sour.

Conditions like migraine and tension-type headaches may produce a headache that awakens an individual in the early morning hours (usually after 4 AM), or is present upon awakening. During this period, the body tends to produce less of its natural painkillers (endorphins and enkephalins). Rarely, serious diseases may cause early morning awakening headaches. These diseases may include brain tumors, sleep apnea, and severe high blood pressure. In my opinion I would suggest you consult a neurologist for proper assessment and management. Concerning burning sensation in the chest, I think it is drugs like proton pump inhibitors will work better.
