What Is The Cure For The Constant And Severe Cough?
Female lady, age 59 non tob , has deep cough ,sounding like Its been more than three days ,and is constant ,which has not allowed any sleep. Did use strong bleach to clean possible mold spot behind a wall panel . Doctor did do x-ray which came back clear this evening .

It is likely that you may have developed a mild swelling in your airway due to the bleach and will subside in a day or two. You can try linctus codeine 2 teaspoon twice a day for reducing the cough and if it does not come down , meet your doctor for considering starting salbutamol spray.
