This type of scars which you have described does not respond to gels or creams. You will benefit from scar revision procedures. There are different procedures done to make the acne scars appear better. The procedure chosen depends on the type, depth, duration and extent of scars. The procedures which are commonly done include Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Subcision and lasers. Please consult a dermatologist who can evaluate your scars and suggest appropriate procedure.
