Either propranolol or atenolol may be taken with clonazepam. Atenolol and propranolol are in the same class of drugs, beta-blockers, and have similar effects. Either one or the other should be used, not both. They are used in a variety of conditions, including high blood pressure, fast heartbeat, other heart problems, hyperthyroidism, tremors, nerves, and others. Hope this helps.
