Read your prob, heat stroke occure due to exposure of extrem heat or vary hot enviorment, in such case symptoms appeare due to rise body temprature, n due to electrolyte imbalance , dehydration. tia is transient ischemic attack, cva is ceribrovascular accident, they occure due to high blood pressure or high cholesterol leval which block blood supply to brain n heart.

Heat stroke is one when in extreme heat people get the effect of it on the brain. Like
Irrelevent talk, semicociousness, restlessness, high fever, vomiting etc.CVa is one when
person gets one sided paralysis due to cerebral thrombosis,embolism,or haemorrhage,
reasons may be varied.And when paralysis and other symptoms if recoverd within 24 hrs
is called TIA ie transient ischemic attack. thanks
