What Is The Difference Between Losartan/hct Tab 100-12.5 And Tab

What is the difference between losartan/hct Tab 100-12.5 and Tab 50-12.5. The former is a large white tablet and the latter is a small yellow tablet. Both are generics from Aurobindo. Is the only difference the number of Tablets in each container? If so why is the size and color different?
