Hi, Few questions - 1) What is the difference between Shelcal 500, Shelcall OS 500 and Shelcal M? 2) Can a male aged 64 years old consume Shelcal M - he is suffering from HyperDiabetes and with age is bit weaK? 3) What are the side effects on consuming Shelcal M and Shelcal OS?

Shelcal 500 mg contains calcium and vitamin D3 which is used to treat health conditions like rickets, osteoporosis and osteomalacia that may occur due to low calcium levels in the body. Shelcal M contains calcium, vitamin D 3 and Mineral. Side effects of Shelcal M are constipation, flatulence, abdominal pain, nausea, rash, pruritus, urticaria etc. Shelcal OS contains both alfacalcidol and calcium carbonate.

Side effects of Shelcal OS are anorexia, nausea, vomiting, sweating, headache, thirst, rash, hypercalciuria, dizziness, hypercalcemia, nephrolithiasis, milk alkali syndrome, constipation etc. Shelcal M tablet is a nutritional supplement to maintain the levels of calcium in the body. It is used by elderly people to keep their bones healthy and strong. It is a very safe, effective and helpful medication for the elder people.
