What Is The Diffrential Diagnosis Of This Case ?

3 days infant born from pre_eclamptic mother with previous history of aborion coming to emergency room with RD,hyperbilirubenimea mainly unconjucated,convulsions,encephalopathy,hypoalbuminemia,what's the diffrential diagnosis of this case??

Differential diagnosis of this case is really a challenge. It could be due to hypoxemia, encephalitis, jaundice, septicemia, hemolytic anemia, anything as such. Do get the child evaluated completely with blood investigations.

may be the baby is having rh incompatibility
may be other causes like septicaemia , congenital metabolic disorder ,etc
