What Is The Discomfort In Chest Along With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hello, 2days from now, i been feeling this weird pain on my leftside of my chest, its not that painful, but it feels like something s happening in my heart. and i cant think clear. i m having a mild dizziness, because my vission is weird, and also its leading me to anxiety. i m afraid about this feeling, i m thinking it might be heart disease or heart attack, heart failure. help me, im from philippines

First of all relax and keep calm.
We should first rule out cardiac diseases in your case.
So get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases. If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Stress and anxiety can cause similar symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension.
