What Is The Dosage Of Amoxiclav For Sinus Infection?

Hi. I was prescripbed amoxiclav 875/125. When I was given the prescription by the doctor he said I should take two pills twice a day but the bottle says one pill twice a day. I have already been following his two pills twice a day for 3 days now without really noticing the bottle. I have been feeling really really nauseous and my stomach hurts [a little diarrhea but nothing major] as well as the gums above my left teeth are sore [although I originally had sore teeth/face because I have this sinus infection which I am taking the pills for in the first place so I am not sure if that is related]. Should I go in to see my doctor or just stop taking it improperly and continue as the bottle recommends?
