What Is The Dosage Of Cymbalta For Anxiety And Chronic Pain?
am a cronic pain patient, wno has had cancer and am addict, alcholic. been sober 38 days. taking cymbalta 30 mil for first week now 60, still having anxiety and pain, is this good does to stabilize on or would it behuve me to continue to a higher dose? can i take aspirin or tylenol with this med?
The dose of Cymbalta is to be adjusted according to its efficacy. We should increase or decrease it weekly. If you think that 60 mg daily dose is not effective, the dosage may be increased to 90 mg daily next week. It may further be increased to 120 mg daily, if needed. However, the dosage more than 60 mg daily confer no additional benefit, rather, there may be an increase in side effects.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
