Hi, i have been on zanex as needed may take it for maybe 2weeks each month at most..resently doctor prescribed hydroxzen 50mg 4 times a day i told her i didnt want something i had to stay on and be on all the time wanted to have something when i need it..i know you not suppose to mix a upper and a downer..i take addepix for weight loss in morning time and i have some nerve issues like STRESS, family problems, depression that sometimes just piles up and thats when i would need the zanex..i know they are habit formula if i take it more than 3 nights in a row i freak out and take tylonal pm to make me go to sleep.. taht being said..i have tried the hydroxen pills 50mg in the evening and i cant tell it helping can i take 2of the pills at one time since it does say 4 times a day..
