What Is The Dosage Of Tazloc?

I am taking Tazloc 40 night and Starpress XL 50 in themorning. Yesterday I was a little perturbed and saw the physician who is new to me. He told me afterchecking that my BP is 150/100 and I should start taking Tazloc 40 in the morning also. Whether action of Tazloc 40 is over a period of day or it is only for 12 hours.
