What Is The Dosage Of Duloxetine?
yes, I have been on Zoloft for quite a few years, and today asked my Dr. to change me to duloxitine . I forgot to ask her when do I start taking it. Do I start tomorrow nite since I already took it today. also I have a fatty liver. any problems with that?

In very rare cases, severe hepatic impairment associated with jaundice has been observed In patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is not clear whether these Effects are related to the use of duloxetine or other factors.
I think it may be more intelligente to maintain your zoloft treatment or to take another antidepressive drug familly, but not duloxetine.
