Hello, Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query. Appreciate your interest in your health but multivitamin should not be considered an immunity booster. If you are eating a wholesome diet in the required amount, you do not require any additional vitamins. Only if your diet is restricted or unhealthy, do you require a vitamin supplement. If you do not have any problem related to a deficiency of vitamins, one tablet per day is sufficient for the daily requirement. If you take excess of water soluble vitamins like B or C, the excess just passes out in the urine. Excess of fat soluble vitamins like A and D can be harmful. Take Care. Dr. Noble Zachariah
