Hello,
IgG indicates past infection or immunity acquired through vaccination. Though cytomegalovirus infections may recur, immunity to rubella confers life time freedom from re-infection. There is no need for any rubella vaccination now as she is already immune. The test may be repeated after about three weeks to see if there is any evidence of active disease and further management planned accordingly. Please monitor fetal well being through regular sonograms. Hope this helps.
