What Is The Effect Of Missing Thyronorm Dose During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 41 years old and 31 weeks pregnant and using Thyronorm tab 25mcg and 50 mcg alternatively. Today i had to take 50 mcg but I couldn t remember whether I took it in D morning. What should I do now. Can I take it or can I take 25 mcg now? How Does it affect my baby? What shall I do now. Please suggest.

Take 25 mcg right now, missing one dose shouldn't make much of a difference however make sure you dont miss the next dose since it can affect the growth of the baby which can result in mental retardation apart from other congenital anomalies.
