What Is The Feedback Of The Pelvic Scan Result?
Hi, my wife having prolonged menstrual bleeding since last two month, we got pelvis scan report that shows thickened and echogenic cavity with small cystic space . cavity appears vascular . Doctor suggested to take medicine for 3 months. Pls kindly give your feed back about this problem Thanks.

According to the reports probably there is a complex cyst in adnexa. It.It shows thick wall and echogenic (bright) cavity with small cystic spaces.Cavity is vascular in nature.
Complex cysts is first treated conservatively.
