What Is The Feeling That There Is Something At Back Of The Throat?

In the past few days I have the feeling of something in the back of my throat. I have tried coughing drinking and eating. When I eat and swallow I can feel it go down the back of my throat like it is constricted. I have also lost 12 pounds in the last month without any change in my diet.

Get a basic x ray done at the very first instance. X ray neck. The sign of weight loss is not a good sign. Blood tests, Ant acids, muscle relaxants, good clinical examination are all reqd.
