What Is The Harmful Effect Of Eating Melting Plastic In Food?

Hello doctor, Today i was cooking a sugar syrup and by mistake used signoraware(just like tupperware) spoon for stirring and hence some of the part (10%) of the spoon got melted in the sugar syrup. After i cooked my dish i noticed that the spoon is melted. If we eat that dish, will it be harmful for my health?
