Hello I need an at home treatment for minor skin abrasions that are on the inner folds of my vulva and around my clitoris. These occurred last night while my boyfriend was rubbing my vagina. There are areas of skin that have skin have been rubbed away, and it is red, and inflamed, and burns when I urinate. Please inform me if I may use neosporin and if soap and water can be applied to the area or if a salt water bath is required.
