What Is The Huge Discolored Bump On My Hand Suggestive Of?

so like ive got this thing where theres this huge ass bump on hand. like its been the for like a month and it still isnt gone like what should i do. the first few days it showed up it was just red then after like a week or so it turned purple now its heading towards the blacker part of the color wheel :)

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of huge discolored bump on my hand . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis , skin infection , eczema, bug bite and other medical condition. Try to avoid trigger factory . I would suggest you to stop using any cosmetic product, only apply petroleum jelly , protect your skin from sun exposure, and apply broad spectrum sunscreen when in exposure to sun . Also take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl. Consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically , take history , order skin test for allergy and blood test. Doctor may order corticosteroid ointment , anti allergic medicine, antibiotics and or prescribe substitute.
