Hello there, i recently found out i have a total cholesterol of 270 hdl of 60 ldl of 185 and triglicerides of 123. my doctor said to cut out cheese and some sweet things but she didnt sayi have to go back and check again or anything like that. I am going to see a dietician in 3 weeks becuase i suffer from fibromyalgia and facial neuralgia, so keeping fit is hard but i do what i can with the cronic fatgigue feelings. I eat well. But then i eat bad things in addition , i think its from habit and covering pain. After looking on the internet im worried that i could drop dead of a heart attack, i did not realize it was this serious. Any advice would be welcome.
You just need to focus on a healthy diet, do exercise at least five times a week and switch to a healthy lifestyle. And be positive because it is not as difficult that you can't do it. And don't go for the internet and articles that let you scared or overwhelmed you.
Don't think ever you can't do it otherwise it will take you towards stress and depression. As you said you meet dietitian and follow what they told you. Maybe Keeping fit hard in fibromyalgia and facial neuralgia, but not impossible. Forget all the things just keep in your mind that you have to sustain a healthy life in all aspects.
