General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There is a possible issue with micelle formation at the intestine level, which can be possible with narrated reports.

A colonoscopy is recommended strongly at this juncture to proceed further for the definite diagnosis and precise care rather than looking for empiric therapies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
