What Is The Ideal Diet Post Jaundice?

hi..iv been sufering frm jaundice frm the last 16 days.my bilirubinf count was 5.3 in the first week.and in the 2nd week 5.4.but now i feel much better and my urine has also cleared, though my eyes are still a little yellow.till when do i need to eat boiled foods?what should be my diet now?can i include some butter and oil?i had a hepatitis a infection.

You can have normal diet now. You can use oil and butter tough in a limited amount. Try to include fresh and cleaned vegetables and fruits as they are rich in vitamins.
