What Is The Impression From My Urinalysis?

hi im ralle im confuse with my amorphous urates. Do i have kidney stone? Heres my urinalysis color light yellow Transparency hazy Protien trace Specific gravity 1.010 red cells 4-6/hpf Pus cells 5-8/hpf Epithelial cells moderate Bacteria moderate Mucus threads few Amorphous urates many PLS help me. Im worried.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Amorphous urates is common finding during urine analysis.These urates however have no clinical significance.

However you may be suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC,moderate bacteria in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.
You should drink lot of water.
