What Is The Life Expectancy For Liver Cirrhosis Due To Alcoholism?

What is the life expectancy of someone who has liver cirrhosis due to alcoholism? He has been diagnosed and has ascites, jaundice, nerve damage, extreme weight loss (you can see his spinal cord). What will happen if left untreated and if he continues to drink heavily?
