General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He must do a coronary artery bypass grafting due to 80% blockage in the remaining two artery. Don’t get panic if collaterals form after surgery he can lead a normal life. By the way let me clear since you misinterpreted artery as vein.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parkavi Gunasekaran, General & Family Physician
