What Is The Life Expectancy Of Someone With Brain Tumor?

My mom 75 years old was diagnosed with a brain tumour in november 2015. She had a scan and all treatment that could be offered was radium. Had another scan last week and hardly any improvement. Without the steroids she has loss of mobility and speech and memory impairment.....what are her survival chances

Your mother having brain tumour ...
The prognosis depend on following factors ......
/Histology tumour
/ age
/ location of tumour
/ metastasis
/ neurological deficit etc...

You have not mentioned type of tumour and metastasis ...

The patient is old age so in old age prognosis poor as compared to young adult ....
If histologically malignant tumour with high grade atypia and more mitosis present means above grade two than five year prognosis bad....
