What Is The Likely Cause Of Round Opacity In Middle Of The Right Lung?
Hi, It depends upon the clinical examination and history findings. If your suffering from fever, evening rise of temperature with weight loss and associated with a cough etc., then it may be pulmonary tuberculosis with tubercular meningitis. If your a chronic smoker with chest pain with hemoptysis or with weight loss means it may be lung malignancy with secondary to the brain. If no symptoms it is an accidental then it may be solitary pulmonary nodules. It may benign or malignant. Neck stiffness may be due to aseptic meningitis or bacterial meningitis. So diagnosis depends upon history and clinical findings correlation. Please consult your pulmonologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
