What Is The Little Button Between Penis And Belly Called?

this is kind of awkward but here i go, i am 17 years old and i have little button on the skin of the... lower abdomen (between the penis and the belly, i don't know what its called). i did my recherche i think it might just be acne (given my age) or fordyce spots, what do you think, should i be worried? (aditional info : i am still a virgin so i know its probably not an STD)
