The endometrium is heteregenous measuring 1.6 cm with intact subendometrial halo. There is note of vague echogenic foci within. The right ovary measures 4.6 x 3.2 3.4cm. Within it is what is endometrium is heteregenous?
According to USG report, your endometrial thickness is increased. You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical assessment.Biopsy is needed due to its heterogeneous echotexture and echogenic foci within. Biopsy can confirm nature of thickening means it is benign or malignant. Uterus and cervix is normal in size and echotexture. Right ovary appears normal.
