Report reads thus: 'There is a fundal filling defect? Fibroid? Polyp?? Gas bubble artifact. The (R) fallopian tube is of normal calibre and patent with free peritoneal contrast spill. The (L) tube is not demonstrated.' Please what does this report mean?
According to HSG report there is filling defect in fundal region of uterus.It may be due to fibroid,polyp or gas bubble artifact. It can be confirmed by sonography.
Right Fallopian tube is patent and there is normal spillage of contrast. Left Fallopian tube is not visualized. Hope i have answered your query.
