Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The ultrasound report says thats there is thickened endometrium measuring 9mm which is normal in the proliferative stage of the cycles.
2.There is a large follicle seen measuring 25mm in one of the ovaries - which is about to burst.
3.The free fluid in the POD pouch of doughlus could be one side rupture of the follicles.
4.After the rupture follicle the egg cells reach the fallopian tube and further process pregnancy starts.
5.There is no pathology seen in your report every thing seems to be fine.
6.Regarding pregnancy - you are not pregnant, as nothing mentioned in the report regarding the pregnancy / gsac. Follow the ovulation calendar for timed intercourse for conceiving.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
