AGE 50. HEAVY AND PROLONGED BLEEDING FOR 2 MONTHS. ULTRA SOUND READS M YOMETRIUM APPEARS HETEROGENEOUS IN TEXTURE, NABOTHIAN CYSTS, MULTIPLE SUBENDOMETRIAL CYSTS, 1.2 X .9X1.1 CM COMPLICTED CYSTIC STRUCTURE SEEN IN RIGHT LATERAL UTERUS. WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN?

According to USG report your uterus is heterogeneous in echotexture (normally it is homogeneous in echotexture).There are multiple subendometrial cyst in the uterus and there is 1.2 X .9X1.1cm complicated cyst in right lateral wall of uterus.
There are also nabothian cyst in the cervix and these nabothian cysts are asymptomatic and due to aging.
Your problem is due to uterine pathology and you may need surgical treatment.
You should consult your gynecologist.
