hello dear i suffered in anal fissure since 1 month i take cap doxycycline ciprofloxin metronidazole loratidine famotidine xylocaine 5% posterin forte cream also tronolone cream but still did not get effect so plz sugest good medicen burning feeling is lot but no any pain
