What Is The Medication For Leg Cramps In The Thighs?
I get sever leg cramps in my thighs at night. The cramp is so deep in my leg that I can t rub or massage it away. I can t walk it off. Nothing helps. I have heard that dehydration is the cause so I started drinking more water, but that hasn t helped. I have also heard that it is a lack of potasium, but I am afraid to take supplements because you can over dose. What really is the cause of leg cramps?
