What Is The Medication For Runny Nose,cough And An Ear Ache?

I have constant pain in my ears, jaw, and head above and behind the eyes. Along with joint pain, elbows knees, which seems to ache down my legs and arms. Slight dizziness from time to time and cold/flu like running nose, cough etc. Tried paracetamol and other cold/flu medication with no effect.

hi and thanks for posting on hcm regarding your concern:-
symtoms
earache
Cough
runny nose
could a respiratory tract infection most possibly upper respiratory tract infection.
treatment that i will suggest you. augmentin 625mg three times a day for 7 days
anticough like hydrillin 2tsp three times and anti histamine like citrizine dihydrate 5mg. for further managment concern your physician. and read adverse effect and contraindications before using drugs as history cant be completely mentioned.
