What Is The Medication For Smashed Lip Which Was Swollen And Bleeding?

Hi my bottom lip got smashed on the counter and it did not stop bleeding for 3 hours and there was quite a lot of blood and there is now a sort or scab but after a day and a half it is still swollen and i can't talk properly or even drink out of a cup i have to use a staw and there is now also pus, i went to a&e, this was before the pus and they said that they could not do anything. What should i do?

Hi,
It seems that you got infection on the part following injury.
go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Apply antibiotic cream locally after careful cleaning the part.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
