i m a gal of 18years old i had some blood testand my ERS is 45...and my other blood tests are normal..what things i have to do to reduce it..

ESR is normally on a higher side in females. There are multiple causes of a raised ESR. It can be due to some fever, infection, blood disorder, etc. It cannot be reduced just by changing the food habits, etc.Repeat the test when any infection subsides.
